Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, authenticity cards, and security tags are included and intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects the item for quality and authenticity, your store credit will be issued via a digital gift card sent directly to your email.
